1. Only one entry per person. You may enter as a group but make sure to list all the participants.
2. List all the resources you've used. If you are unsure just list unknown as your source, just so that we know you aren't stealing
3. When submitting, submit the links to your entries, I promise not to hostlink unless you give me permission
4. Submit everything within the deadlines. Makes sure that you fit all the criterias for the round. If you need more time contact me, otherwise I will presume you do not wish to participate, which will make me sad
5. It would be really cool of you to put up my banner. I mean, I like it so it would be nice if you could post it somewhere and tell people that you're doing this flippin sweet contest. Save and upload right?

• FIRST PLACE Will get a free layout made by yours truly! Included in the package are five icons, and a first prize banner! Plus affiliation with me if they so do wish with an eternal link on Shinju. Also, a surprise to be announced at the beginning of the final round! Ooh, mysterious!
• SECOND PLACE Will get five icons and a second place banner! Affiliation is also offered, because second place is still pretty sweet. Will also get an eternal link on Shinju.
• THIRD PLACE Will get three icons, a third place banner and an eternal link on Shinju!
• FOURTH PLACE Will get a fourth place banner and an eternal link on Shinju!
